If you enquire about our services we will hold your name, telephone number and email address in addition to any further personal or sensitive information you choose to provide. We will use your email address and telephone number to contact you in regards to any enquiry. Data collected during the enquiry process will be retained securely for six months and then destroyed if you do not become a contractual client. If you become a contractual client we will collect further personal or sensitive information required to provide our services, and you will be provided with our full terms and conditions including data use and retention.

We will NOT use your details for marketing communications. We will NOT disclose or pass your details to any third party without your express permission unless legally or clinically obligated to do so (for example if there were urgent concerns about your or another’s safety).
