Bluebird Psychology helps people to take control of the anxiety which impacts their life.

In the face of life challenges and stress many of us experience varying levels of worry and anxiety. Sometimes we feel equipped to cope and it soon passes. At other times anxiety feels overwhelming and we need support to find our way through.

Bluebird Psychology offers anxiety management therapy for individuals using EMDR and CBT approaches provided by Dr. Joanna Phillips, an experienced Clinical Psychologist.

Joanna further offers supervision and consultation to EMDR therapists, able to support others to become EMDR Europe Accredited practitioners.

For organisations, bespoke training and workshops packages on mental health and wellbeing topics are provided, aimed at enabling greater resilience to stress and anxiety in our workplaces.
