Dr Joanna Phillips (Clinical Psychologist) is the founder of Bluebird Psychology, based in Surrey. Bluebird Psychology offers a range of psychology services to children, young people, adults and families, as well as schools and other organisations.
Bluebird Psychology got its name from all the positive sentiments associated with bluebirds such as happiness, hope, confidence, well-being, enjoyment in life and positive change. These are all things which Bluebird Psychology believes to be important, and seeks to encourage.
The bluebird psychology approach:
Collaborative – This is at the heart of our way of working. A shared understanding of the situation and the problem means that we can work together to tailor an approach that meets your specific needs.
Creative – Drawing upon a range of psychological assessment and therapeutic techniques means that we can find the most effective approach for you including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
Caring – A focus on what matters to you and on providing a good experience across the services provided.
If you have any questions or would like to find out more please get in touch and we would be happy to help. Bluebird Psychology has links with other professionals and organisations in the area which means that if we are unable to help with your particular enquiry we may know someone else who can.
We look forward to hearing from you
